Return Policy

Return Window: We have a 7-day return policy, applied right after product delivery.

Return Shipping Charges: We provide free return shipping for all eligible returns within 7 days. Items are eligible in case of damage caused during packaging and shipment.

Product Condition: Your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Purchase Proof: You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at sales@luxuryhandicrafts.in or contact on +91 77288 96665. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions. Items sent back without prior request will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Quality Assurance Check: Before dispatch, each product goes through a final quality check at our warehouse. This process is documented and can be shared with customers upon request, ensuring complete transparency and trust in what you receive in case of discrepancies.
- Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Report damage within 24 hours to sales@luxuryhandicrafts.in or +91 77288 96665 with photos.
- We will arrange for pickup and replacement at no additional cost.

Exchanges
- Initiate returns/exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging.
- Products must be returned within one week.

Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of approval. If approved, you will be refunded via your original payment method. Banks may take extra time to process the refund.
- If you prefer not to wait for a bank refund, we offer instant store credit equal to your refund amount. This credit can be used for future purchases on our website and comes with no expiry, offering a quicker and flexible solution.
Note: Customized orders will not receive a full refund after 3 days of order placement.
