Return Policy

RETURNS

We accept returns only in case of damages in-transit or manufacturing defects.

Items are returnable only if unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, in the state you received it, and in the original packaging.

Items marked as ‘Final Sale’ cannot be returned.

Custom-made/Commissioned items cannot be returned.

Products must be returned within two weeks from the date of delivery.

Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

Please write to us at sales@luxuryhandicrafts.in and state the reason for your return in the email. Please mention your Order Number in this email as well.

All costs of return shipping need to be borne by the purchaser (unless the order received is defective).

If the order is to be cancelled after shipment, the individual return policy of the vendor applies. A return fee is charged by vendors in most cases.

Note: If you have ordered multiple products, only one item is eligible for exchange per order.

INCORRECT/DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Please email us your Order Number, issue details, and a clear photo of the damage within 24 hours of receiving the order.

A clear unpacking video is mandatory along with snapshots of the damaged area. Without the unboxing video, return or exchange cannot be processed.

Returned items must be in their original packaging and unused condition.

We are happy to replace or issue a credit note for any defective items.

RETURNING A GIFT

We are very sorry that your gift did not work for you. Please email us at sales@luxuryhandicrafts.in for assistance in returning the item.

You cannot obtain store credit for a returned gift item; however, we can process a gift exchange for another item.

REFUNDS

Refund Processing:

We will process any refunds and/or provide credits after the returned goods have been received in new, unused condition and in the original packaging.

Your order total will be refunded, minus costs for shipping and handling each way, within 15 working days after we receive and inspect the returned goods.

To return/refund an item, please write to us at sales@luxuryhandicrafts.in, a prompt response is assured. Alternatively, you may call our concierge on +91 77288 96665 (10 AM–8 PM, Monday to Saturday).

Fall Pico/customization charges and COD charges are non-refundable.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Products purchased under any promotional offer or discounted scheme cannot be exchanged.
  • Kindly Note: No cash refunds are provided.
  • A Credit Note will be valid for 3 months from the date of issue. This code is redeemable only once, and cannot be partially used.
  • You can use this credit note for a purchase of equal or higher value.
  • An order cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped OR after 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Returned items must be in new condition and original packaging.
  • We recommend returning items through a traceable courier service. We are not responsible for any lost shipments.
  • Returns or exchanges are not applicable for international orders at this time.

MODIFICATION OF TERMS

www.luxuryhandicrafts.in may at any time modify the User Agreement without prior notification. Management's decision will be final. If you do not agree to the modified agreement, please discontinue the use of our services. Continued use will be considered as agreement to the updated terms.
