Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items and must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Products must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 14 days.

Final Sale and custom-made items are non-returnable.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 15 working days after receiving and inspecting the return.

No cash refunds. Eligible refunds will be issued as a credit note, valid for 3 months and usable once.

Orders cannot be canceled once shipped or after 24 hours of placing the order.
